How do I download my purchase?
After purchasing on Etsy, you will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and via email. Click the link to download your .xlsx file and PDF user guide.
Can I use these spreadsheets in Google Sheets?
Yes. All KalcStudio products work in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
What version of Excel do I need?
Microsoft Excel 2016 or later. Our products use standard formulas with no macros or VBA, so they are compatible with most modern versions.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve them.
I found a bug or have a feature request. How do I report it?
Please email us at support.kalcstudio@gmail.com with a description of the issue or suggestion. We appreciate your feedback and use it to improve our products.
Can I share the file with others?
Each purchase is licensed for personal use by one individual. Please do not redistribute the files. If a friend or colleague would like a copy, we would appreciate it if they purchase their own.
